To ensure the intimate and focused nature of our programs, spaces are intentionally limited for both online and in-person events.
Please review our cancellation policies carefully before completing your payment.
FOR ONLINE COURSES (Alchemy, AMWA Training & Raven Lodge):
Due to the immediate and irrevocable access to proprietary digital content upon enrolment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Online Courses include access to the Student Portal, live sessions (if applicable) and closed group membership for the duration of the course.
Please note that physical course materials (e.g., printed workbooks, specific tools) may or may not be included in your course fee (see product page for specific details) and will be posted or provided only after payment is secured.
Handling & postage is charged for separately.
FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS (Shamanic Journeys & Retreats):
Your booking is finalized and secured once your Booking Form is submitted and your full payment is received.
Your payment covers the Centre’s facilities, course content and facilitation.
Your payment excludes food & Heart Gifts.
If you cancel 21 days or more before the event start date, 50% of your payment will be refunded to you.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 21 days before the in-person event start date.
Should the organizer cancel the event for any reason, your payment will be refunded to you in full.
FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Handling & postage is an additional charge.
FOR READINGS & SESSIONS:
There is a firm no-refund policy on appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before booking.
